Hey curvaceous ladies!  Who said looking fabulous has to cost an arm and leg.  I found this cute little dress on Forever21.com back in January for a little over $25.00. I wore it to a wedding yesterday, and it was a hit! I paired it with a pair of suede pumps from Aldo. The clutch is from Express.

Undergarments are important!

Hello my lovely curvaceous ladies! Spring time is upon and this is the best time of the year! One of the most important things to looking your best this spring is starting with the best undergarments.  As a young girl, I can remember my mom telling me how important it was to wear them.  She introduced me to girdles, tummy control panties and, well fitted bras.  The items can make a world of difference to an outfit. Now realistically speaking, they won’t eliminate your problem areas; however they will make those dreadful rolls look a lot smoother.  I rarely leave my house without my girdle or Spanx.  If you have never been fitted for a bra, I recommend you do it.  You can go to just about any lingerie store to do it. (Victoria’s secret, Maidenform, and Playtex) Many department stores  will be able to assist you with a bra fitting as well.  Most places are free, and it is definitely worth your time. Happy Shopping!!

CIAA FUN

Here are a couple of pictures from my CIAA weekend. It's spring time, and I decided to add a pop of color! This jacket is from Lane Bryant, skirt and tank top are Forever 21, and the shoes are Steve Madden. I have a shoe fetish, and not to mention they always fit.
I love my liquid leggings from Torrid.com! So SEXY. I paired it with a white jacket from Old Navy, and shoes from Jessica Simpson.  The shoes were surprisingly super comfortable.

Jumpsuit

Hey curvaceous ladies. This picture is about 2 years old, and it's one of my favorites. This jumpsuit is sleeveless, so I paired it with a jacket and sandals. I am comfortable in my own skin; however the key to dressing for success is understanding what looks good on your body type.  For me, I am larger on the top and smaller on the bottom, so I decided to cover my broad shoulders. The jumpsuit and jacket are from Torrid.com, and the shoes are Gianni Bini.
